They make you sign an arbitration agreement before they start building and now I know why. Once they get the 90% of your money, they do what they want. Forget any money you paid for 'extras'. It doesn't get done and you won't get your money back. We got charged for 999 cabinet door pulls and only have 68. Charged $1795.00 for an 'open' stairwell we never got. The closet in the master bedroom, in the model, was fabulous. It was wire racks and cheep cabinetry in ours. Check your final price list carefully.They use the cheapest cabinets know to man, never come back to finish properly, and their word is worth nothing. GET IT IN WRITING if you want it done, even if it shows in the model and they promise it will be the exact same way in your home. Custom to them means they can move a wall. Anything else is VERY confusing to them. Would not recommend them because of their finish work and material used. And their polite, friendly manner goes out the window when you question their shoddy methods.
My husband and I had a park model built by this company and I absolutely love it !! Little Joe even surprised me with the electric stove I wanted. Thank you for my happy place at the beach and for half the price of other Park models. We started out going through a company that just sells mobile homes but after having issues with the owner we dealt with little Joe and Manis builders and everything went smooth.
Sales people are not pushy. They take their time with you. Beautiful homes and custom built to meet your needs.
There have been customers with issues including myself which went un addressed, so i can't recomend this outfit.
